Hopefully TT can actually beat someone in non-conference in the Top 100 this year. Last year your schedule was a bunch of pillow fights until you played A&M and lost. Maybe you could get higher than a 3 seed if you can actually beat a good non-conference opponent. You clearly have a good team since you went to the Elite 8 and almost beat UF, probably should have beaten UF, but TT always schedules weak and has very few opportunities to prove itself.

We play Illinois, Wake Forest, Arkansas, LSU and Duke in non conf play.....

And, we play in the BigXII, I think our schedule is fine....

Have you even looked at A&Ms non conf schedule this year? ...something about rocks and glass houses.,....

Even bigger, looking at ya'll bossing the Old Rivalries forum. the iron is hot. top of the heap such as it is.

and it can can only get slightly better from here.

Bohunk, a couple of things... the first one you already know, and that's that Texags is the best interwebs forum thingy there is. And the second thing is that Tech and A&M are on a collision course in football, and that makes me really happy. I can't think of anything that I would like more than seeing Tech and A&M playing in a playoff game. Especially if it's one that OU and Texas are watching from home.

Kudos to your Ags on the season. I think right now Indiana, A&M and Tech are playing the best football in the country, and it's not really close. Each team is delivering workman-like beatings and playing like they belong.

I guess I'm not surprised that A&M would get to this place at some point, but after 45 years of being a Tech fan I'm not just real sure how to behave. I mean, both teams may do something stupid between now and then, but I wouldn't count on it.

And in my life as a Tech fan I have never experienced watching defense win games for my team. It's surreal.

Now if you would kindly validate me so that I can get on with my pizza deliveries, I'd appreciate it. I'm due for a penicillin shot at the clinic after work and the drive up quack shack closes at 9:00.
