Yes, the University of Florida is a member school of the SEC. And yes, they are really bad this year. Their HC is likely to be canned at the end of the season, if not before. That being said, they have more national championships in the last 20 years than in the entire history of your second-rate school so I'm not sure what you're laughing about.

Its. It surprise. SEC teams can be bad. The difference in the SEC is that they can afford to fire a failing coach and hire the best of what the middle-of the-road conferences have and try again.
