Does anyone have a favorite? I've been using the free Duolingo for Spanish and it's not bad, but I'm curious what else is out there before I start paying for the extra stuff. We travel to Mexico a lot so I'm trying to get fluent.

I use Airlearn along with Duolingo. The biggest problem with Duolingo is the lack of any kind of grammar lessons. Airlearn gives them sprinkled through the lessons. The two compliment one another. Airlearn free also.

I've used Pimsleur for several languages (Italian, German, and Spanish) ahead of travels and it was awesome. All conversational based vs just learning vocab words.

By the end of our time in each place we weren't speaking English in restaurants which was a nice feeling.

I haven't used it a lot, but I get free access to Mango Languages iOS app and website through local library card

BaseLang

We started using it when we moved to Mexico because You Learn from locals and It's AMAZING.

We did duolingo etc before and BaseLang is LIGHTYEARS better.

Curious on this one - I've been using Duolingo for about 2 years but wanted to look at BaseLang. It doesn't show up at all in the App Store?
