Another vote for Granbury

Here's your mini vaca:

Friday
Race cars at the Cresson Track in the morning - Your pick of Porsches, Lambos, Ferraris
In the afternoon, enjoy golf on one of the local courses
Dinner - Shop the square and relax for dinner at 1890
Post dinner - Hit Bob's Off the Square for some local music

Saturday
Take a hike in Glen Rose's Dinosaur Valley State Park and check out the dino tracks
Or do a ride through Fossil Rim and see all the wildlife
Shop the Glen Rose square boutiques
Lunch at Stumpy's on the way back into GBury
Dinner at Christina's on the square
Catch a show at the Granbury Opera House on the square after dinner
Ice cream at Silver Saddle Saloon
Or wine at Baron's Creek on the square (other wine places around the square as well)

Sunday
Breakfast at Cari's
Lunch at anywhere
Rent a boat at Stumpy's and cruise on the lake

Stay at Inn on Lake Granbury or Hotel Lucy
