Where are you located? My son is just starting to into Baseball, and he may enjoy looking through some of the magazines and cards!

Not interested in buying the magazines per se, but can you check on the value of my 1989 Ken Griffey Jr. Upper Deck?

In reference to the bulk, it's mainly basketball and football. In my son's room so I will have to see how much we have. I'll try and get some pictures.

Are Beckett mags worth anything? I think I have all of mine from when I collected, so like 35-40 years ago. I had the subscription

I'm a nostalgic Xennial who got back into the hobby but I only collect topps base set Astros which are pretty much worthless since all the value cards are parallels, relics, autos etc. I just set out my goal to have every base set Astro card since we joined the AL and none of them are worth anything so I haven't spent more than $15 a year collecting them. Recently with all the breakers I haven't paid anything as I have met people who break boxes and let me take any paper commons I want if I sort their left overs myself.

As I tell my boys, things are worth what someone is willing to pay for them.

I'm not looking to really make anything, I just need the space for other things.

Unfortunately, I can't find the box and it's been a long day. I will get them tomorrow.

Still looking to get rid of them.I am the biggest sports cards fan would love to take them off your hands as well as the magazines.

so I have several boxes full of cards. All opened from back in the 90s when I was a teenager. How do you sort your cards?
by player?
by year?
by year then card brand?

trying to think of a way to go thru and make sure its organized, maybe try to do some quick work to see if any of value, and then ultimately I'll get rid of a bunch of it instead of it just sitting in a closet

I should have some time next week to find the magazines. I will get them posted soon.

Also probably going to be looking to get rid of some of my cards. My boys have lost interest and I haven't bought anything new in months.

First by team.
Then by year and brand.
Then piled big in my fire pit with lots of lighter fluid. Watch it burn b/c they're all trash.

I too collected during the worst time ever to collect cars and have boxes and boxes or worthless cardboard.

Stupid stepdad was right for always saying "they're only worth what someone's willing to pay you."

If anyone wants to, I'm happy to trade. I'm trying to whittle my collection down to Aggies and Dallas Mavericks. Happy to get rid of most of my other baseball, football, and basketball cards if anyone collects a specific team or player.

I don't have much high end but lots of bulk!

Anything you're looking for? I'm trying to collect rookie cards for every Aggie who has one. Still need a lot of pre 1990s guys.

I'm always looking for Aggies. I have a John David Crow in PSA that I found on eBay. Also, an Acie Law/Deandre Jordan auto.

Mike Evans is my favorite to collect; I have probably 50 of his cards.

Found a bunch of Terrence Murphy and Ty Warren at a local shop in their Aggie binder.

I've got lots of T-Murph and Reggie autos. I'm willing to trade some. Will try to post more pics but here are two of my favorite Jake Matthews. Willing to let one go.
