This whole thing continues to just absolute spiral down the toilet.
ETA:Corrected my statement. Ok, confused again. The legalese is frustrating me. I can't tell if Paxton is alleging that Texas will seek to bring any B12 member to court or if he is just affirming that Tech will indeed seek legal recourse if anyone brings anything against Tech themselves. I hope a lawyer con decipher that for us/me.
