Always good to have an elite athlete with several years of experience return for his last season…can't put a price on that. He has had some struggles but is plenty capable of being a high end box safety for us. Glad he's not leaving.

This is good news I hope a couple of the DL guys decide to come back also.

Always hate to see a career Ag leave, especially one with as much potential as him. Glad he's back.

The last few years he has seemed uninterested to tackle anyone. To be honest. They even put him on kick coverage vs Miami and just jogged around while Toney ran for 50yards

You're kidding, right? I mean, we're gonna judge him after being out for 3 months and taking a redshirt following a neck injury? Tough crowd up in here.

My judging was done before the injury. 4 years of film out there if you care to be critical about a team we care about

He's unquestionably an elite athlete. That hasn't translated to elite football player for us, but his athletic ability is elite.

Welcome him back, but hopefully for a major price reduction too.

Nothing against him and support all Ag players, but too many mistakes thru the years (esp missed tackles in run support) and just not the same after his scary injury (frankly not sure he would continue to play after that injury).

Not the same??? Are you people insane? He came back for part of one game because it wouldn't cost his redshirt.

People just say things on here without actually looking anything up first.

bryce anderson played his best football when he filled in for antonio johnson his freshman year. maybe he is a better fit at that position.

He had a scary injury early in the season and had to be carted off. Maybe he's afraid of getting hurt like that again. Who knows how many docs told him, 'if this was an inch or so to the left/right you could be paralyzed and in a wheelchair..."

We don't know what his recovery revealed or was like. Injuries can have a detrimental effect on the psyche.

Nobody wanted Anderson and he's a good teammate so we took him back. He will go from 3rd safety to 4th safety. I guess that's a net positive for A&M but he is not an impact player and another disappointment from the '22 class. The sooner we move on from that tainted class, the better. Again, nothing against Anderson personally but he just hasn't progressed. Like I said, he is a good guy and teammate so that's something.

Not true that "nobody wanted" him. He had a couple offers and could be playing at a P4 school he would be more likely to start at. But he didn't find the place he wanted and does like it here.

He's also going to go back to nickel. I don't know if he will play or not. But I also wouldn't write him off.

Completely false. He'll log significant reps for us next year, and he's moving back to nickel where he much more effective his freshman year.

Some guys need a wake up call...maybe going in the portal and not getting some offer he was thought he was worth will be his and we will see some harder play out of him. His freshman year his effort was 100.

Calling people idiots but you lack common sense. A guy is not going to enter the portal unless he thinks he might have a better opportunity or more money elsewhere. Sure there are cases where they might have a change of heart. 9 times out of 10 they didn't get that better offer.

Go back and watch the video the original comment is speaking of. He literally jogs and makes no attempt to participate in the play while we give up a huge kickoff return. It's right before your eyes if you just watch it.

The difference is Moss was very productive prior to the injury and everyone was hoping he could help.
Anderson wasn't and we all didn't think we would see him on the field again. Healthy or not.

You missed the point. Everyone was melting down when Moss didn't play some people questioning his loyalty. He comes back for a critical game for us and gets hurt. Anderson is a great player hope he can recover from a scary injury and play well next year.
