You forgot Denver Harris, who is now on his fourth school
PJ Williams transferred to SMU and I think has done pretty well
Added Denver (who never logged an INT in his 4 year career) and PJ, who made Second-Team All-ACC at OL.

I still remember Chris Marshall dominating the UA all American game. There's an alternate universe where he is a fist round draft pick. What a sad waste of athletic ability
Just googled him and he just transferred to Arkansas this week. A&M to Ole Miss (where he didn't play) to Boise State to Arkansas.

huh? Stowers, King, Overton, Lucas, Foster, and likely Williams would've started this season, at A&M.carl spacklers hat said:
So the only transfer who has had a real impact at their new school is Bryce Foster. Not surprising, Foster was solid as a freshman at A&M, but it shows what a step down in competition can do for a player. Not a single player on that list that makes you say, "Damn, wish he was still here."

The good thing about the list is that our fans should not freak out over every player who decides to transfer out. Some are tough losses but most are not and the hope is that we upgrade.

Yes. If I'm not mistaken, I recall coaches asking him to move to TE to get him on the field because of his athleticism, but he wanted to remain a QB and try to get on the field somewhere else. Then he converted to TE on his next team.
His sister is quite the athlete as well.

Bryce Foster was very good here and at Kansas. Wish he had 4 years with Elko at the helm. He'd have been an all American here.
I'm a fan, still.
I didn't miss the ****ty snaps.

Pretty sure LT Overton would have certainly been a keeper out of that group. Wasn't a fan of Bryce Foster when it became obvious that the shot put was a higher priority for him than football.

Production from Aggies 2022 DE:
DE Overton had 4 sacks his senior season at BAMA, 7 sacks total over his career.
DE Sylla had 2 sacks his senior season (MISS State), 6 sacks total over his career.
DE Enai White had 1 sack his senior season (Penn State), 3 sacks total over his career.
DE Shemar Stewart had 1.5 sacks his junior season, 4.5 sacks total over his 3 year career. He had 1 sack in his first year in NFL.
All four are prototypical DE body types, tall, long arms, etc. All were highly rated players out of high school, but underachieved in sacks per year.
A little known player from Bowling Green comes along and posts 11.5 sacks his 5th year senior season, 4 sacks the year prior off the bench, 15.5 total sacks at A&M. With 9.5 sacks his third year at Bowling Green, 11.5 total sacks over 3 years. He was rated a 0.8141 out of high school, and is 6'2" with alligator arms.
I have a greater propensity to not discount the Cashius Howell route for players. Coach knows how to find these types of players, no matter what league they are in, and coach them up. It's like finding a gold nugget passed over by the many.
