I have done this the past several years, since the 2022 class exploded. Now its an end of the year tradition. I followed most of these players college careers, and will do the same for their NFL careers.

Thanks OP, appreciate the work you put into that.
Interesting (and shocked) to hear that Bryce Foster played in every game for Kansas this past season. Good for him

There is a receiver at Cincinnati who did really well this year that transferred from here. I can't remember his name at the moment.

Edit: Cyrus Allen

So the only transfer who has had a real impact at their new school is Bryce Foster. Not surprising, Foster was solid as a freshman at A&M, but it shows what a step down in competition can do for a player. Not a single player on that list that makes you say, "Damn, wish he was still here."

Bryce Foster was very good here and at Kansas. Wish he had 4 years with Elko at the helm. He'd have been an all American here.

I'm a fan, still.

Cyrus Allen was a transfer portal in to A&M. I did not include those players. My intent was to include A&M recruits out of high school.

I also liked Foster from his freshman year. I think he had something like mono, which really hampered him, as well as some sort of leg injury. That held him back but he played through most of it.

I still remember Chris Marshall dominating the UA all American game. There's an alternate universe where he is a fist round draft pick. What a sad waste of athletic ability

Thanks for posting this. For some reason I like to see how players do after they leave, in part to see if we will miss them as much as I think. Another one is Kam Dewberry. I'd be interested in knowing why he and Overton left, and if we tried to keep them.

Pretty sure LT Overton would have certainly been a keeper out of that group. Wasn't a fan of Bryce Foster when it became obvious that the shot put was a higher priority for him than football.

Several of those guys have had good college careers after leaving and will their chance in the NFL. Stowers is considered one of the top TEs in the nation. Crazy to think out of that group of QBs 3 are starters (one at TE but shows the talent that was recruited).

Ya. Something happened his sophomore year, some people thought he was distracted with Track & Field, but if I remember he got sick or something. Either way, I think when Elko came in, it made sense for him to seek a fresh start somewhere else. Would have LOVED it if he stayed, but sometimes it simply makes sense to get a new setting.
