At least pull JJ in on some position to help with QBs. Seems like he's doing pretty well with the Texans.

Heck, I'll double down on the nostalgia, if Big Sherm isn't doing anything, bring him in as a football advisor to help recruit and help with OL and help Jarrod with QBs
