Replying to myself I know... This was in January 22 after Georgia beat Alabama.



We were rolling in a massive NIL fund. The following August Jimbo and Saben had their tantrum at Media Days. Recall the 22 season ended for us with most of those players taking their bank rolls to the portal.

If they want to keep everyone in character, they should have Hope flirt with us and BAS remind us that it doesn't matter how impressive we look now, in the end, Hope is going to end up with Georgia.

It's because they are mainly for teams who simply aren't winning a lot. The point is poke at each school's sufferings as they are trying to win. The reason you aren't enjoying it as much right now is because there hasn't been much to poke fun at for the Ags this season yet. If the Ags keep winning, the Hope vs BAS is going to slap when it actually means something.

Miss state makes cheese. I had training at a dairy workshop in Birmingham in 2004, and one of the consultants was from miss state. They gave us all a block of cheese our last day. It was pretty tasty.

I would also say that a majority of us are heavily biased, myself included. that if it doesn't include A&M or laughing at the sufferings of our main rivals (LSU, Horns) then it really won't hit close to home.

Could've started the Hope v BAS saga earlier but it is here and it has been a great year as we somehow are still flying mostly under the radar for the #3 ranked team in the country. Theyre still talking more about Bama and the Kiffin crew (since he's likely gone to one of these bigger jobs). Really a perfect scenario for us to quietly re-write our narrative.

But AFAIK, NCAA still has rules for acceptable equipment and uniforms, as Herbstreit pointed out. And it is a penalty for wearing nonconforming equipment, even down to player numbers.

So while I understand the sentiment and it was funny, OU should have to answer some questions.
