Anybody ever had PHT? man this is some painful stuff!
I'm reading this is going to be a long, slow recovery. I'm already doing some PT work on my own after seeing my orthopedic for an initial diagnosis. I'm supposed go back for a follow up in a couple of weeks. Any advice from anybody that's had this?
