Home cooked dinner almost every day. Rotating protein (pork, chicken, beef, fish) with side veggie.
Fasting for breakfast with black coffee with monk fruit extract.
Lunch is almost always salad with grilled chicken from Costco, comes in little packets. Homemade salad dressing, organic feta, walnuts with side of a fruit or yogurt. Drink is iced tea with lemon no sugar.
Cheat meals out on weekends to break the monotony.
Sunshine dressing
cup plain Greek yogurt (any % fat will do)
cup extra-virgin olive oil
cup Dijon mustard
3 to 4 tablespoons honey, to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or more lemon juice
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
teaspoon fine sea salt
10 twists of freshly ground black pepper
Snacks are usually mixed nuts or fresh popped popcorn with an old style popper and new zealand butter.
