Injections are somewhat helpful to reduce the symptoms in your arm and hand. I like cervical traction for my patients and will have them use a home unit daily to get relief. Any weakness in your arms and hands?

No weakness,…just pain like tingling and shock…mostly hands and some forearms.

i had multi-level, cervical artificial disk replacement, after suffering thru it for +15 years. It was life changing, very glad I had it.
