Drag link seemed to really help the crazy sounding front passenger problem and things are much more stable. I do think that was needed.

But I got the death wobble again after going 75

So far I've done

- Track bar
- All 4 shocks
- steering stabilizer
- drag link
- alignment checked by 2 different shops

Rotate the tires from front to back. Cross front to rear.

Wil do. I rotated them in February but not sure if they did the cross rotation so I'm happy to give that a shot.

Headed back to San Antonio from South Padre today so hoping I can limp it home

You gotta take it to an alignment shop-a real alignment shop that only does alignments-and ask them about adding a little toe-in and post the numbers here

I'm a little ignorant. What do you mean by "a little toe-in" ?

Both Midas and Ford ran alignments, here is Fords

I've been reading up on these Camber / Caster Bushings

This guy claims it'll fix it, and lots of people in the comments

3.5 to 4.6 degrees of caster certainty helps but I think we need to also address the root cause of the worn component

It's a bandaid and will wear tires a bit quicker but add 1/8-1/4" of toe-in on both fronts and I bet it goes away. The tires being nearly perfectly straight, as they are now, allows harmonic vibrations to propagate due to tiny bits of slop in the system (tie rod ends maybe), the toe-in induces a bit of loading/tension on the components to push them tight and prevent the harmonics from propagating

Edit: toe-in is how close the leading edges of the front tires are together compared to the rear. Toe-in is like your front tires are "pigeon toed"
