BTW, Lacy-Lakeview is going to have to annex a bunch of land to get water out there........

Except SpaceX is actually close to McGregor. The city of Ross isn't even on this map, which abuts the site.

Their fire chief is a felon, they just fired their police chief, yet they want to annex land 8-10 miles away because it's tied to a bunch of money. Comical. And the foreign grifters involved in the data center knew just who to approach.
