For commercial or residential? If you're protesting residential you're probably wasting your time trying to find help. You'll need to research comps on your own and attempt to get it lowered.
If it's commercial (preferably multiple commercial) you might be able to find someone out of Dallas but I'm not sure there's a firm around here that does it. There used to be a guy out of Sulpher Springs that would argue commercial for people but he's died.
There's typically not enough savings in a residential to warrant a companies time to handle it.

Did you have a huge increase? 2 of my 3 rentals actually went down in value this year.
