just a little PSA, don't ever use this place. They are absolute crooks and have caused more damage to my vehicle than when it was towed to their shop following an accident. I was estimated at two weeks and they have now had my vehicle for nine weeks with no end in sight Ive had to extend my rental five times now. Worried about what's to come. Zero communication, they rarely even answer the phone. To get an update I had to just show up and this turned into a shouting match with several PHAUCK you's exchanged by both sides. Owner is Darryl and he is a absolute crook and complete piece of chit.
Have contacted the BBB and Attorney Generals office.

If it's that bad I'd go ahead and find a way to get your vehicle back.

I'd be worried about retaliation and what kind of shape they leave it in after an altercation like what you describe.

Google allows bad reviews. This place has terrible reviews. Every review in the last 2 years had been 1 star because you can't give 0 stars. Check google before choosing the next place. Also search by location in addition to name. This place has been around less than 2 years and already has a name change to try to get away from the bad reviews.

Uhh yeah, he wasn't going to laser cut anything off. He has a set of keys, no doubt. Any mechanic shop should have it.

And that's not at you or anything. It's absurd how much he was going to charge for essentially using one of his tools.
