Doesn't change anything he said (or didn't say) but these clickbait gotchas are tiresome in general. The assumption is that this was something said recently.

People spend way too much time finding things to get upset about.

Gene Wu and his ilk taking over the country is very low on my list of worries.

While I'm not particularly worried about Gene Wu specifically, the mindset he has is shared by a lot of people in power, just look at the demographics of this country and other predominantly white countries over the last 50 years. I assume you are white and have white children, so this sort of thing SHOULD be troublesome to you. It should be doubly concerning when our tax dollars are spent not only to further the demographic change through NGO activity and third world aid, but when a lot of these people come here survive on the backs of working whites through govt programs. I don't particularly care to be a wage slave for third worlders, and I assume most here wouldn't want to be either, if they actually thought it through and were honest.

I dug up the old podcast and watched the whole segment.

I don't agree with much that Wu says, but him pointing out that large minority groups in TX could have voting power if they banded together isn't exactly new or revolutionary.

Thankfully, a lot of people vote based on their interests and ideologies, rather than just the color of their skin.

I am definitely not worried about Gene Wu...I am worried about the harmful narratives that seem to be building on the left. The racially-binary oppressed/oppressor or victim/perpetrator sentiment. I am worried about regressing in terms of race relations.

It doesn't keep me up at nights, but it is a legitimate concern of mine. Gene Wu is a pvssy though...not worried about him.
