Depending on the injuries - Jim Perdue Jr or Joe Alexander. I used to be a med mal defense lawyer and I'd send a family member to either. If injuries are not significant, you may have a tough time finding a good lawyer.

Tommy Hastings with The Hastings Law Firm. Only does medical malpractice and is one of the best trial attorneys out there.
