Planning to visit Houston this weekend and wanted to try this place.

We were thinking either Saturday or Sunday near lunch. Is it typical for them to sell out? What time would be best to get there?

Do they sell out? Yes

When should you get there? That depends on your goal. Do you want as little of a wait as possible? I'd say go around 10:30-10:45. Do you just want to get there before they sell out? You can probably go anytime before 1, but will have a longer wait.

Disclaimer, these are best guesses/assumptions, I avoid Truth Fri-Sun.

I LOVE the new Houston location. Ever since they opened the longest I've waited in line in Brenham has been about fifteen minutes.

Dont get me wrong, carrot cake is my favorite cake by a long shot. But if you have room for cake after eating at a good bbq joint, you are not doing something right. Proteins all the way. Add a few pickles and sliced onions, boom, its nirvana

Sides are definitely good. Their meat was unimpressive for how proud they are of it. I'd rather go to Pizzitola's for quality meat at a much lower price.

Gonna be this guy, came away impressed with Truth. Pork ribs fell off the bone, brisket was tender. I ordered their special 'Brisket Banh mi'. Will be going back. Sides were good too!
