Personally, I would have an engineer out (not from the foundation repair company) to assess what is going on and give you recs on how to proceed.

The foundation repair company is going to assess how many piers they can install then connect you with Raul who is the foremost expert in rail tie walls.

But for the repair, if needed, I would go with one of the main guys and defer to others for their personal experience with different companies.
