Hi all. I work for a firm that is being acquired by WSP. Does anyone work for WSP in Austin? If so, can you give me the lowdown on the company and the office? For context I'm a Principal Engineer (environmental) with about 33 years of experience in environmental consulting.

Kidding, but I have nothing to add. I know of them as design professionals in the commercial construction world, but I don't recall having worked with them.

They bought the Power group which was mostly the Zephyr folks in Austin. Zephyr was a wonderful company and I know many of the folks are still on board. It isn't what it once was, but I'm sure it's still a fine place to work. I don't know much about WSP, but the Power acquisition didn't seem to run off too many Zephyr folks.
