I have about 15 camcorder tapes that I want to get converted to digital media. The 2Video guy is no longer local (I could ship to him), but I would prefer to deliver in person. Does anyone else do this locally? About how much would this cost?

Edited to add: I have one that the tape needs to be repaired so ability to do that is a plus.

I should be able to do it since I have a VCR and an analog converter but I would still need an adapter for the smaller camcorder tapes. Shoot me a line at earth bound man at gmail dot com.

We used Scan Cafe https://www.scancafe.com/ to convert about 30 slide trays, all of our video tapes as well as my parents 8mm film. They made multiple copies for other family members.

I have all of the stuff necessary. Its not a lot if you want to look into it for yourself.

We used https://www.karikane.com/ recommended to us by Chance McLane out of Houston, she did great.

I used Capture through the Cosco site. Did a great job converting my 8mm to digital
