Absolutely. This is much better than a lignite coal plant and far more lucrative.

Their new streaming system doesn't seem to be worth whatever they paid. Most likely the most important event that ever happened in Grimes County and their streaming system goes down.

I hope they use part of the $10,000,000 to give that older gentleman who drives around filling potholes all summer a pay raise and an air conditioned truck.

They really could some of the money to hire a few more guys driving around filling potholes, even on the areas they just repaved.

From what I understand there still may be some hurdles with ERCOT and TCEQ, but those would be true of any Texas site.

100%. Hotels, restaurants, retail, office space rental, movie theaters, barber shops- everything under the sun. It'll be transformative. I expect the mall will benefit greatly with new retailers.

Perhaps, but highway 30 is no slouch. Not over 19 minutes from 30, down fitch to my house and another 5 minutes to tower point. Or, stay on 30 and pass fitch and be in bryan in a few minutes.

Both corridors will be a lot more active.

It was a lignite coal mine for decades, very noisy and dirty. It's also a stone's throw from the Brazos Valley's main landfill. This is an ideal location.

First, they probably need to put I-14S along the Hwy 30 corridor back into the plans. Your leg would possibly be part of the I-214 loop around BCS.
