I expect 30-40 loadings out of my brass in revolvers. Including magnum and Ruger only loads.

Outside of the PITA that dealing with the little short cases is, I can still load 9mm for equal or less than I can buy it, and that's with using 115g JHP's. If I load up my cast lead projos it's always under retail by a decent amount. Used to I could load it for about half the market rate but the price on that caliber has definitely come down.

It is pretty fast to load on a progressive press (made myself learn on a single stage, efffffff doing that again). I just don't have time to shoot, which means I seldom have time to load, and when I do I dedicate that to 77gr loads for 5.56 or for my 6.5-284.

Yeah, anything but rifle on a single stage sucks polotas. I remember way back when i did some 9mm on my single stage and dislike those times.

Once i get a good rythm going on the progressive i can crank them our fast enough. Takes a while to get back in the groove though since i havent had to reload 9mm in a while.
