I am not sure about the fallout of Microsoft no longer supporting Windows 10 but my gaming PC I built several years ago does not support Windows 11. I have upgraded a few things on it over the years but it looks like I'll have to build a new one.

When I do build a new Windows 11 compatible machine, can i just use the operating SSD from the old PC and just upgrade it to Windows 11? I'd also like to use the storage drives from the old PC, too. Can I do that?

There are three HDs plus the operating SSD. I know that someone here knows the answers. Thank you!

You can definitely use all of your existing HDs. Most people like to install Windows from scratch, but I have done several updates in place with no issues, myself.

How to install Windows 11 on unsupported devices

Our IT guys at work say you can bypass most of the checks and get it installed.

One issue you may have is that you likely won't be able to boot up the OS from your old SSD. You'll need to do a clean install of windows 10, and then upgrade to 11. Unless something has changed, I believe windows installs certain boot drivers or something related to your motherboard when you install it, and it won't boot with a new motherboard.
