Is it time to throw in the towel on Chase Brown? He was my 3rd round pick as part of a "hero RB" strategy that is now looking like a league losing pick. I don't necessarily have to make a move this week, but I do have my QB bye coming up in week 9 and it might make sense to plan ahead. At this point, Brown has been on my bench for several weeks while I mix and match Judkins, Dobbins, and Mason in my starting lineup. Also, I am still holding on to TreVeyon Henderson in the event he eventually gets more playing time and I have RJ Harvey as a Dobbins handcuff.

Dont drop chase unless you are in an 8 team league.

There are much better matchups in the pipeline for Brown. I'm a hold. I have him in one league.

I'm in the same situation. My 3rd picks sits on my bench while my 13th rounder (Judkins) starts every week.

I'm doing fine overall but it just seems dumb.

toss up. both on the road. TNF or MNF. I'd normally predict Stroud to throw more TDs especially after his last game two weeks ago, but Rogers is facing a CIN squad with a bad defense.

I went zero RB pretty much in all my leagues....and this may be the worst year of FF for me. In my big money league (10th of 12), I went Nabers (ouch), London, JSN, and McLaurin (ouch). Left with RBs the likes of J Warren and Bill JCM. Oh, and I drafted Burrow.

so many injuries this year so far. i think every FF participant has had a lot to manage through already. some more than others.


a squad in a 12 team league that still has JSN and London at WR and getting McLaurin back soon and with starting RBs like Warren and Bill when you intentionally went RB zero doesn't sound too bad. Bill should have ROS value now after suffering the few several weeks. Losing Burrow early you should have been able to pick up one of the early surprises at QB like Dan Jones or Drake Maye, right?

Maye was drafted, and Jones was scooped up from waivers right ahead of me. I've settled on Stafford....he's been ok.

Oh, and I drafted RJ Harvey, thinking about the inevitable Dobbins injury. Still waiting...

Finally bit by the injury bug. I had pretty well avoided it, but now Egbuka is likely sidelined. Decided to pick up Tez Johnson since he got a lot of targets with Evans, Egbuka and Godwin out.

Thankfully I can sub in Higgins who had his best game last week with Flacco under center and been riding my bench, if not opting for Tez (to pair with me starting Mayfield)

It will be interesting to watch and see if any NFL trades go down soon before the deadline in early November. A lot of big fantasy names have been bounced around, and players' values may change drastically between now and then as a result of any moves. I'm watching Hall, Kamara, Olave, Meyers, Andrews, Njoku, and Okonkwo with interest, to name a few.

Your first three on that list have been rumored for awhile now. wouldn't surprise me at all if they were moved

I really need the Raiders to declare Bowers out like everyone already knows so I can adjust my lineup. Picked up Fannin but now that both Evans and Bowers are Questionable I can't adjust my Sleeper lineup, and I don't want to get locked into starting Chase Brown tonight.

Should I start K9 over Brown or vice versa?

Just drop your kicker. Move Bowers out. Add a kicker when one of those guys is declared out

I'm in the same boat with G Wilson, B Bowers, and Pearsall. Just name one of them out please! Need to stream a QB for crying out loud!!!

I have Dak, opponent has Pickens AND Ceedee. .5 PPR. So any TDs Dak throws to either of those guys give him 2 more points than what Dak gets.

Alternative is Bo Nix who is projected a full 5 points less than Dak. My other hope is that the rest of my team does really well. I am projected to win but this Dak thing has me worried.

Help me, Obi-Wan. Talk me off that ledge.

Start the guy who will get you the most points.

Look if Dak goes off you will likely be down but not out because CD/Pickens went off. Dak points >> Bo Nix points. So the right call is start Dak.

If Dak is average then CD and Pickens are average. You have a good chance to win. Dak points probably still slightly better than Nix.

If dak is bad then CD and Pickens are bad. You likely win because the loss of Dak value is less than the loss of CD and Pickens of your opponent. Sure Bo likely scores more points and you'd be better off but you are already in a good spot.

stick with Dak.. there's almost a wash if he's hitting CeeDee and/or George, but he can also run for TD or throw one to Ferg or someone else and really piss off your opponent. Seems way riskier to hope for a multi-TD game from Bo Nix.

I have Ja'Marr Chase so questioning starting the Pitt D. I usually try to avoid having my top players against my D/ST.

Nix has been a disappointment so far

with only 9 TD's passes in 6 games

Dak has 10 in the past 3 weeks

I was going to say you already have one of the top ranked defenses for week 7 and they're facing one of the worst offenses, so don't overthink it and stick with PIT

..but if you think Joe Flacco has fixed the Cincy offense and/or (even though Carolina does not necessarily have a good defense) a Jets team with no WRs (Wilson out) will fail to score any points and Fields will continue to take sacks like he did vs DEN in London, then you can go ahead and try CAR.

If he plays i doubt you have another WR you'd start over him.
