About as much as you can ask for out of a half given the talent disparity on these two teams. Another half like that and you have a chance, one play here or there on each side of the to hold them to FGs while you get TDS.

Because it's Philly and it would be nice to see the defense to at least put up some kind of fight. Nothing is more maddening than seeing Jalen Hurts running untouched every single time they need a first down.
Fowler also doesn't need to see the field for me either the rest of the game.
Offense looks so damn good. Need some help stopping the run still. But Hurts and the Eagles will do that to you

As expected this offense is too good to tank. Much like 2013 they'll most likely hover around .500 because they'll be able to outscore a lot of teams with lesser offenses.

Fowler is probably our best pass rusher but he's useless against teams that can put him in conflict and/or make him play the run consistently.
His niche is a long down pass rusher specialist
It's really Hurts in the run game. They've done about as good with Saquon as you could hope for, but Hurts is winning this game with his legs single handed. You might have to sacrifice a defender in the run game for someone to just watch Hurts the rest of the game.

Yes but they aren't playing them for some reason. They put Clark in at the end of the half, but even he didn't help much. I'm a big fan of Liafau but I guess he's just a special teamer. They've also got Shemar James who's a great athlete but he's a rookie and you aren't throwing a rookie LBer in this game.
Causing a turnover is about the best we can hope for, bc I don't have much faith in getting an actual stop. Offense was very encouraging in the first half, though.
And hey look at that Liafau.
Siriani with an all time punchable face.
Now that's bad run defense.
