Howdy Ags in B/CS,

For anyone who has a spouse, friend, or former colleague in the job market...I'm getting ready to post a rarely available entry-level, full-time, salaried position that'll be a tremendous blessing to the right person. I can get a formal job description to folks who are seriously interested, but I'll post a high-level overview here as an introductory prompt.

Job title: Executive Administrator
Job Location: College Station (not remote)

Position Description: The right person for this position is seeking a long-term stable career in financial services, not just a job. He or she will work with a very successful Certified Financial Planner whose 20+ years of ongoing growth necessitates an Administrative colleague who can work alongside in the stewardship, engagement, and support of a large and relationship-centric client-base. This is NOT a ticket-taker role, this is a VERY collaborative position that offers flexibility, the opportunity to purposefully grow as a professional, and the impactful opportunity to live-out the intrinsic value of authentic servant leadership.

Skills & Abilities (the ideal candidate): Critical Thinking, Warm & Engaging Personality, Organized, Technology Friendly, Creative, Dependable, and Attentive to Detail.

Full Time Entry-Level Position
Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits + PTO
College Station Office-Based (not a remote position)

Administrative experience is a plus, but is not a hard and fast requirement.

Please PM me if you or someone you know might be interested, or send me a note via the link provided above.

Howdy.

Are you still looking to fill this position? If so I would like to talk to you. I have a son graduating in May. If you would consider waiting for that time,I think it would be an excellent fit. He is going to be in BCS post graduation and possibly attending grad school.

My email is (Brent at don quick dot com)

If you shoot me an email I can call you tomorrow and discuss it with you. I understand if this is not something you would consider.

Thank you for bumping this to the top. We got a flood of VERY impressive applicants and were able to fill the position. Thank you to everyone on Texags for their thoughtful PMs.

Our "Aggie 100" organization is blessed with sustained meteoric growth over 25+ years. We've got an incredible God/Family/Country centered culture, a very unique value proposition, and we'll be hiring more administrative AND sales related positions in the not too distant future (both in B/CS, and all over Texas).

If you have a financial services background, a servant leaders heart, and/or have the inclination to consider either a local sales -or- local administrative type of role, please PM me so we can stay in-touch. We thrive in the relationship business, thus visiting with high-character people looking for their "forever career" is always going to remain a high-priority.
