They get range time but no idea if they ever get on ranges with two way fire. Trying to hit someone while they are shooting at you is a lot different than hitting a stationary target

I officed across the street from the White House for a while, there were cops and cameras everywhere!! Every few weeks we'd be told to stay in the building while they brought in a robot to get a suspicious package. Always somebody's lunch
