Lots of fear on hear about Talarico.
Choose between him, who says the two most important things are to love the the Lord, and to love your neighbor.
Or, a candidate who has been in the senate for what, a thousand years, or the other candidate who cheats on his wife, cheats the Texas people defending lawsuits against him, and, is basically, just a sleaze-ball.
Yep, lots of folks on hear are scrambling for ANYTHING against Talarico.

Not afraid of Talrico at all

If that's the only thing he said he would be fine. But as you well know, that's not the half of it. He completely *******izes the words of the Bible and twists them to fit his godless political ideology. He's a complete charlatan.

I don't disagree about Cornyn.

Paxton isn't perfect. He's evidently had moral failures in his marriage, did a fine job as AG, and you don't know him personally so the sleaze ball comment is just feeding off the establishment media narrative.

We finally have a real conservative that has a good chance to beat a 74 year old, 4 term RINO. It is an opportunity that should not be missed. I've been waiting a long time to vote against Cornyn with the hope of actually beating him. Can't wait to go to the polls and early vote next week.

Do you know our outstanding next Governor and Senator," Former U.S. President Barack Obama asked a group of students at Taco Joint in Austin on Tuesday afternoon. The former president was flanked by two Democratic State Representatives from Austin, gubernatorial candidate Gina Hinojosa and U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico.

Obama's visit was a surprise to all not involved in the Talarico or Hinojosa camp, including the owners of the San Jacinto campus favorite. General manager Lilia Valdez said she heard Talarico, a regular customer, was bringing Hinojosa and a VIP along. But until secret service agents opened the door, no one in the restaurant knew the former President would be their next customer.

For a politician visiting a pair of politicians in their home district, Obama did not talk much about politics. Instead, he went around the crowded restaurant like a man on a mission: to learn everyone's name, to hear a brief part of their story and find some way to connect with them.

About half of the people inside the restaurant were random patrons, while others worked for either the Talarico or Hinojosa campaigns. In addition, both Talarico and Hinojosa's families had tables, which led Obama to play with Talarico's three-year-old niece.

Former President Barack Obama visits Austin with James Talarico, Gina Hinojosa

Talarico and Hinojosa's campaign teams think that Obama's visit to a Taco joint in Austin will help them to win the Texas US Senate and Gubernatorial elections. I hope Cornyn or Paxton and Abbott paint Talarico and Hinojosa's association with Obama as too liberal for Texas.

Discernment is lacking here. Talarico rejects the word and therefore the God he claims. He's a false teacher and instrument of satan.

You also predicted Kamala would win.

He loves his neighbor by taking from the productive and giving it to lazy people. He himself doesn't do the good he takes and redistributes. That's not charity.

It's amazing how many people are falling for it. He's a leftist POS but they're convinced he's a sweet man who bring civility to governance. Never ceases to amaze me how people fall for this *****

Name one accomplishment or qualification that this idiot has to be a US senator. What is he going to do that is a positive for Texas?

So, when Talerico's church laughed after their pastor mentioned the assassination attempt on Trump, was that loving the Lord and one's neighbor?

We're not scared of the heretic you people nominated. Personally I'm frustrated and saddened that there are so many people dumb enough to believe in that person and that ideology that there's even a discussion about him.

If the population had any sense he'd lose 99-1.

Just don't see Talarico doing well with blacks or hispanics at all. He will get the hard core leftists, simp white males (the kind that post here), and the AWFL's. Our nominee is going to suck either way but still. Could be a low turnout vote in Nov.

I will vote for whoever wins the nomination, but don't believe Cornyn supporters scare tactics that say Paxton can't win in the general. He absolutely can.

This is a once in decades shot to take out a national level, worthless but powerful, RINO politician. We would be foolish not to take it.

Haha, a godless liberal suddenly thinks those are the most important things Talarico has stated.

No fear of Talarico. The only thing scary is the dimwits that are dumb enough to vote for him keep reproducing.
