ABC News Headline: "Jack Smith Says Donald Trump Caused January 6th."
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

Wonder why our local libs (Not GeorgiAg) are avoiding this thread. I wonder if it will ever don on them that they've been lied to about Trump for a decade. Could this open some eyes? I pray it will but I'm doubtful.

One of the idiot libs from Georgia played the Raffleburger tape during the hearing. I hadn't heard in years and I simply cannot comprehend how someone takes what he said and twists that into him asking for people to fabricate votes.

You have to ignore what the verb find means. It does not mean to make or generate or fabricate.

It means to discover something that already exists. But to libs it meant squarely that he was intimidating people into committing serious crimes of fabricating votes.

CM/RINO not a lib. Mom's in hospice in North Georgia, so yesterday I had to visit her because I won't be able to this weekend. I listened to almost all the Jack Smith testimony on the long drive up.

The reason we can't agree is because we don't agree on the same set of facts:

1. Trump lost the election.

2. Trump knew he lost the election.

3. Trump, Guiliani, Powell etc.tried to get several states officials and to have alternate sets of electors in states where Trump lost. There is a phone recording of Trump trying to "find votes" in Georgia. They claim the alternate electors was "if they won court challenges" but c'mon, especially when you consider this:

4. Trump and Guiliani tried to pressure VP Pence to unconstitutionally reject electoral votes in the states where they wanted the alternate electors. Pence refuses and Trump bashes him on social media.

5. Trump schedules a rally on Jan 6th, COINICIDENTALLY the same day as the vote certification, tells them to fight or they won't have a country, stirs up an angry mob and tells them to march to the Capitol, COINCIDENTALLY where the certification was happening. Guiliani told the crowd in his speech they will have "trial by combat." The crowd chants and has signs "hang Mike Pence."

1 pm. Trump ends his speech; crowd already breached outer perimeter of capitol

2:24 pm - Trump tweets: "Mike Pence didn't have the courage to do what should have been done..." during the riot.

2:38 pm - Trump's first tweet to be "stay peaceful."

4:17 pm - Trump's first tweet telling them to go home. & "We love you, you're very special."

Trump should have been tried and convicted and be sitting in jail right now along with the others. But he's our president, so I'm just focusing on the good his administration is doing which has been a lot. He's also destroying our alliances, trying to take over the Fed and grifting like crazy. For all the complaints about weaponization of the DOJ and FBI, Trump is doing that 100s X the scale - and the difference will be that, unlike the cases against the MAGA crowd, there won't be grand jury indictments or convictions because they are bogus.

I don't think having him the next three years will be a good thing. My hope is that something happens (nothing illegal) so JD Vance immediately takes over as President. After that, Vance or DeSantis for the next term.

Thanks for sharing. This is exactly what a CM / RINO / Kemp-Raffleburger acolyte would say and I think most would appreciate your honesty, though what you believe are facts are in fact the same misinformation MSM / Libs and Pelosi followers would present as "evidence".

The 2020 election as at best manipulated but for all practical purposes was stolen. Whether you want to blame voting machines, illegal / unconstitutional mail-out mail in balloting, Hunters laptop, etc.

Trump has done zero to weaponize the DOJ. See the endless comments about Bondi being feckless / incompetent cause we are jot seeing perp walks.

Again, I commend your honesty and sorry to hear about mothers hospice care, thats no fun.

But I am amazed you continue to believe the election in 2020 was free from significant error and influence.

Thanks. We can agree to disagree.

I do agree that mail in voting gets action from people too lazy or stupid to vote. And can be manipulated by family members. As for some massive scheme that would avoid detection, no.

Quote:

Fulton County officials and the Secretary of State's office had repeatedly denied any discrepancy in the counts and continually pointed to the fact that there were three recounts that all aligned.

However, yesterday during the SEB hearing, Joe Rossi disclosed that the Elections Group's Michael Prendergast sent an email to then-Deputy Director Nadine Williams and then-Elections Director Richard Barron with an attachment that detailed "multiple errors in the hand-count/audit results"
consistent, but not as extensive, as those discovered by Rossi and documented in his complaint.

The email was sent on November 19, 2020, just three days after the hand-count results were reported.

Quote:

Richard Barron was the then-Elections Director that reached out to another Elections Group member, Ryan Macias, via email on December 3, 2020 at 12:06pm over concerns about the second (and official) machine count coming in at approx. 511,000 votes, 17,000 votes shy of the approx. 528,000 initially reported.
By the next morning, 16,198 votes were added to the report to bring it up to the necessary number of votes.

LINK

ETA: Richard Barron was the one who sadi at a presser that 140,000 ballots had been "adjusdicated" not hand counted, "adjudicated." Barron was fired, then reinstated, then suspended, then reinstated again during this time.

That was on the third recount.

First (machine scan) - Biden by 12,670
Second (hand count) - Biden by 12,284
Third (machine scan) - what you are talking about.

Fulton County is an incompetent mess, and it is no surprise they couldn't do three counts without f'ing something up.

There is no way in hell they could pull off fraud - they are too incompetent to do that.

Walz, Frey and their merry band of Somalians can steal billions but their friends in Atlanta cannot fudge some ballot counting?

Why are you so naive about the depravity of the DNC yet so ready to hop on anything Trump does as worst of the worst?

Cannot tell if you seriously believe the nonsense that everything was hunky dory or if you are working to gaslight folks who have spent a lot more time studying the issues with the 2020 election.
GeorgiAg

I am not defending Minnesota. I haven't looked at it but it sounds bad. F Waltz. Put him in jail.

Do we have facts, rules, logic, laws we follow or not? We can have law abiding conservatism. Trump is not the messiah. I'd love to see Vance or DeSantis as prez.

CMs RINOs are dying to come back to the fold. I don't want trans crap, open border, weak military either.

I'm glad Trump is prez now. He's done so many good things. Hopefully the people around him keep him from letting his ego get in the way.

Ah, but you also have to remember that Dems mean exactly that when they use the word find.
