He "served" in the US House. Abrams "served" in the Georgia house. While neither did a damn thing, technically, he DID win something.

The poster child for grifters, at least in terms of doing absolutely nothing whether elected or not, is Eddie Bernice Johnson. She was in office for 30 years and I challenge anyone to come forward with anything meaningful she did -- legislation, committee, or otherwise.
