Daily Caller article on Dominion Voting Acquisition

Leiendecker, former GOP election reform advocate, has officially become the sole owner of Dominion after making the deal contingent on dropping several remaining lawsuits against prominent conservatives and One America News Network (OANN).

Leiendecker further disclosed to the Caller that remaining litigation with MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell will be dropped by Dominion Voting Systems as part of the acquisition agreement.

Wouldn't it be nice if we, the forum participants, could decide whether a post was interesting enough to read and discuss without the option being taken away from us by somebody confused about the difference between moderation and debate coaching? OP is not an ideally constructed post. Nevertheless it is an interesting bit of news that I had not seen elsewhere. So, thanks to the OP for bringing this news to our attention.

It's an established fact that voting machines are easily hackable. This was proven by hackers at DEFCon years ago. It's not crazy to suggest that Dominion voting machines were hacked at the local district level. It's a much bigger claim to make that Dominion did it at the software level themselves.

No, it's not. There was a reason all of those instruction videos done by Coomer were scrubbed from the internet within a few months after the 2020 election. And Tina Peters is still sitting in jail for proving Dominion installed a new software "patch" ironically called "Trusted Build" that illegally deleted election records from the 2020 election. That was on purpose.

Further, in Arizona, a special script was written to overwrite the system logs. Again, deliberate.

The best way to cheat is not an organized top down approach. It's to make rules and in this case equipment that make it easy to cheat at a local level. Then the cheating will come organically in ethically devoid urban Democrat strongholds.

No, it wasn't. Our judiciary stinks on ice. Hell, a computer expert hacked a Dominion machine just a few feet in front of a federal judge in Georgia within a minute using only a ball point pen but what did that judge do? After a trial? Quietly dismissed the case several months later.

And you have to remember how Dominion was created by Obama and the Holder Justice Department. o Dominion has always had powerful friends.

So it is the fault of the judiciary that the defense did not present this smoking gun of evidence? No, they just didn't want to perjure themselves.

Showing that a machine is able to be hacked is a light year away from proving systemic voter fraud. It's that darn proof that keeps getting in the way!

Believe me, I hate that I'm agreeing with Dan on this narrow specific point, but proving Dominion machines could be hacked was easy. Proving the design was deliberate rather than just lazy is a different problem.
