in the slusho "history" many believe that this is background to the movie's monster, or whatever it is terrorizing NYC. Slusho is positively related to the movie, an actor in the trailer is even wearing a shirt that clearly reads "slusho" and has the same drink pic as the website

Sounds vaguely similar to how the story to Rampage goes.

Additionally, the website "TheMonstrousMovie.com" has been registered by Paramount in June of this year, but there is nothing at the site yet.

Greg Grunberg, currently playing Officer Parkman on Heroes confirmed that he will be appearing in the movie, after being in virtually every Abrams project (regular on Alias and Felicity, the pilot on Lost, cameo in MI3).

Said he was on the set yesterday, so it is still filming.

Slusho is a drink that first made an appearance in JJ Abrams "Alias" series. Slusho also made an appearance on the shirt of one of the people in the trailer for 1-18-08. The slusho.com site is registered to paramount. Any other questions?

Found footage is lazy and annoying. Cloverfield had a good premise and mystery but the style was terrible.
