I didn't watch too many, but the only ones I saw that I actually liked are:

1. Warfare
2. K-pop Demon Hunters
3. Wake Up Dead Man
4. Frankenstein

Everything else (probably only a few others) was forgettable and I would never watch again.

ETA: I forgot I just saw Wake Up Dead Man and really enjoyed it. Placed at #3 and moved Frankenstein down.

Saw three movies this year, none in theaters. Frankenstein, Happy Gilmore 2, and the last Mission Impossible movie. They were all equally okay from an enjoyment perspective.

I think I saw 3 of the movies listed.
They paid for their wars with your tax dollars and also with your untaxed dollars. Inflation is theft.

Weapons is freaking awesome. If you saw it, I think it would easily replace "The Gorge" (Which I forgot I saw)

I though Gorge had an interesting premise, but was just kind of all over the place for me and had way too many plot holes to really rate it high.

Anyone who hasn't seen Warfare should stop what they're doing and see it. An experience unlike any other, from a war film. Every soldier, sailor, or marine I have seen talk about it has said it is the most realistic depiction of warfare ever released from hollywood.

5. Train Dreams

Good Movies:

OK Movie:
Sinners

Bad Movies:

Happy Gilmore 2

Haven't watched yet but plan to:

Streaming movies is my guilty pleasure. Saw Wake Up Dead Man this weekend and really enjoyed it. Not a movie but Death By Lightning was awesome.

Best new movie I saw all year was Triumph of the Heart, the story of St. Maximilian Kolbe, a Catholic priest who volunteered to die in another man's place in Auschwitz. I cannot recommend this movie enough.
