First of all, I have been to Sedona, and the big draw there is the energy vortex and crystal phenomena that they claim Native Americans found and all that. We had a Jeep tour in the mountains and the guide stopped a few different times and showed us twisted trees and places where he said he could "feel" the swirling energy. It was cool, and the scenery is gorgeous. I actually recommend going there for a nice trip. No one ever talked about aliens or UFOs (or UAP which hadn't become the popular nomenclature, yet).
There is a military base at Camp Navajo, about 30 miles northwest of Sedona. Secret Mountain is also Northwest of Sedona, so it's entirely plausible that helicopter would be flying around the area. I don't have much to say about what Ross says he saw, but I am pretty skeptical of a secret base under that mountain. I found one website that said that part of the state is used for survival training and stuff. As to stories of armed guards telling hikers to get lost, who knows.
When Ross started talking about the Bradshaw Ranch stuff is when I hit the internet to dig into what he was talking about. For starters, I couldn't find anything related to photos that Linda Bradshaw supposedly took of a portal. He talks about the "cover up" of the fenced off area, and the interview shows a photo of a sign. The Southwest Experimental Garden Array is what it's called (and awesome that it's shortened to SEGA). Anyway, that is a real thing that studies how plants adapt to drought and climate change. They've put up solar panels and generators for their work. Maybe those are connected to the power cables Ross said they found? Also, he talks about a camera on a post looking in a direction and says it can't be for security purposes. Well, I don't think anyone claims it's for security. The SEGA website has a whole thing about their "plant spy ring" so they can literally watch plants grow. Here is one that was uploaded Sunday evening

Lastly, a lot of stuff he said about Bradshaw Ranch is similar to things that were put into the History Channel's Beyond Skinwalker Ranch series in 2023. As far as I can tell Ross wasn't attached to that, but it doesn't sound like anything new. VisitSedona.com has a whole page written up talking about the History Channel coming out to do the episode.
Now, some of the stuff I could find is still pretty interesting. For example a couple of the living family members of Bradshaw talk about weird stuff. The son opened a jeep tour and I guess uses the conspiracies and lore as things to talk about to interest the clients. His son apparently said he sees orbs out there all the time.
Another interesting thing is that the transfer of ownership from Bradshaw to the Forest Service seems unclear. Some say it was purchased, others say it was seized under eminent domain. I imagine that fuels the conspiracies of secret government stuff.
(for real last thought) Go spend a long weekend in Sedona. It was awesome
edit: Here's a photo someone uploaded to google earth of the sega sign. You can actually see the camera on the post Ross mentioned
