The Falcon was always a piece of junk. Luke and Leia both commented on it in the first movie.

I was watching A New Hope this weekend and had the thought: If Han, Luke, Wedge, and the random Y-Wing pilot that escape the Death Star know who Vader is and that it's him in the modified TIE, do they go after him when he's high tailing it away from the Death Star after Luke blows it up?

If Rebels is canon, we know he can take on a whole squadron on his own, but could he outfly Han and Chewie plus 3 other ships?


Watching Empire as well, when Vader tells Luke, "The force is with you young skywalker, but you are not a jedi yet". Luke should have countered with, "It was with my real good when I blew your little space station apart back on Yavin, big boy."

Then Vader would say "Yeah, I just said that."

I still liked it, but I think it would have been funnier if it just ended with Chewie saying "I have"

I'm not convinced R2 actually knew Anakin survived and became Vader.

We were there a week before that. You can imagine my rage.
I would have knocked my family down to shake Luke's hand.

The video I posted doesn't show this but I'm fairly certain he does the full ride with them as well…there's a seat in the front with no one sitting there.

It never made YouTube but the year they sort of brought Hayden Christensen "back into the family" they had a video on during the shareholder meeting (i watched it hoping to see footage of the next season of Mando or something) and they had a Make a Wish girl about to ride Smuggler's Run and were asking he who her favorite charcter was. She says "Anakin" and suddenly Hayden's there asking if he can be her co-pilot. Dusty AF at my house that day.

When I was living in NY, I went to see The Hobbit on opening night at one of the two 3D/HFR showings in all of Manhattan.

Ian McKellen showed up at the other showing.

Voice Actor legend Tom Kane passed away at the too-young age of 64 today.

He was the narrator on Clone Wars, voiced Yoda throughout Clone Wars and his lone appearance on Rebels, took over as the voice of Admiral Ackbar for TLJ. He was in basically every Star Wars video game for about 20 years.

Had a stroke in 2020 that caused him to retire from voice acting, and another one that caused his death ;(

Man, I really enjoyed myself. If you like season 1, it is definitely back to that style.

People need to relax and just enjoy Star Wars content that's being created. Don't be all mad when your head canon for something is not a reality.

They didn't but fortunately there was a bar next door that had Mandalorian Living Water shots on tap, so they were all purified and redeemed and s*itfaced a few hours after the movie ended.

The only other thing I would have added to Anakin in TPM was a flash of anger/frustration when blowing up the ship. So with that anger came a rush of power. A premonition of the power his anger can have.
