How long do you want to ignore this user?
Dad bought her a Mustang and that didn't help the situation.

How can people get out in a couple hours on a felony, when two of my buddies have to stay overnight for DWI's? Why do they sit in a dry tank for 8 hours if they can get a ride?

There's a difference!

But also, I doubt those charges stick. There's no way anyone is going to look at that body cam and think he's serious. She couldn't possibly have heard him say stop, so she couldn't have intent to flee.

Also, the only thing you could convict that body of is driving while distracting.

I love how she is fussing with her hair in cuffs in the back of the police car

This will be pled WAY down. That cop was your typical arsehole. He was completely out of line. Also he made the comment that he basically endangered lives by going over a 100. She will pay a simple class C of prob $500 and have it expunged

This beauty did not deserve this mistreatment and any competent attorney would get those charges dropped.

1. He's in a white top. He looks more like a private security guard for the neighborhood he was in than a cop. Admits to being 100 yards from his vehicle with no lights or sirens on. I don't blame her for not stopping for what would appear to be a random man on the side of the road flagging her down…how often does she probably get that? To consider this evading seems like a huge stretch.

2. There's no way for him to substantiate her speeding. He didn't have a radar gun. He admits he's inferring based on sound and "visual estimate". This is a criminal trial and that provides an enormous amount of reasonable doubt.

3. He was behaving emotionally the entire time in the garage. She kept her cool, was polite, and didn't admit to wrongdoing. I'm sure her dad knows she's a difficult little **** at her age, but I'd have her back with the way she behaved.

4. Seems like a sweet girl.

Where do you live? In Texas DWI has a statutory minimum confinement of 72 hours.

This is only if you are convicted. When you are arrested you stay overnight.
