I've got Arkansas, USC and A&M all within 3 points now. Advantage to Arkansas technically but I think USC might be in a better spot. They are not needing as much in the 4x4, Stubbs from Alabama state looked hurt at the end of the 200 so they have big point potential there. Also Yaseen is a big question mark... We need big points in the 400!

At least outdoors we have Jaqualon Scott and Bryce McCray in the 400 hurdles, Victor Kibiego in the steeple, and Sam Hankins and Ethan Sanders in the javelin and discus! Along with a better performance from our 800 group!

The jumps absolutely killed us:

Men's pole vault + men's triple jump + men's long jump + women's triple jump scored a grand total of 10 points. Just terrible. Plus long jump cost us the pentathlon title.

Ouch! But you're right! Arkansas went in and over performed in the long jump and USC over performed in the high jump! That's why despite some bad races, they're still in position to win it all. We had little depth so no room for errors

Mason Mangum, Khybah Dawson, and Blake Harris all fouled their first two attempts! Sofia fouled her first attempt and was under 2 feet from her best jump reached 2 weeks ago… we have to go back and work on marks for jumping, we got all outdoors to become more consistent and work at it! No way all these fouls were a coincidence
