“Victor has a huge upside, and I think A&M really knows that. I know in the spring Coach (Clarence) McKinney brought Mark Snyder by and Victor was one of the first kids he wanted to look at. He wanted to get a look at this kid that had a magnificent junior year.

“His big upside is his range. There aren’t many defensive backs that are over 6-0, 180-pounds that can triple jump fifty-plus feet.
