NFL Combine Notebook: Lee and Boerkircher arrive in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS — It may come as a surprise that Texas A&M cornerback Will Lee III appeared at the NFL Combine.

But the only surprise is that he wasn’t here last year.

Lee, an All-SEC cornerback, could have entered the NFL draft last year — and thus gained an invitation to the Combine.

Instead, he chose to return for a second season with the Aggies.

During a Thursday morning press conference, Lee said the decision to stay at A&M was the right one.
