October of 2024 is far from 'sleepy' or 'hallow' for Texas A&M recruiting

Texas A&M has not received a commitment during the month of October since spooky season of 2020. While this month might seem sleepy on the recruiting front, October is far from it as Mike Elko and the Aggies are eyeing another important slate.

Recruiting never sleeps, but if you look at the raw numbers of commitments, you might think October is sleepy.

The Aggies have not received an October commitment since 2020. That year, DL Albert Regis‍, OL Dametrious Crownover‍, RB Amari Daniels‍ and WR Yulkeith Brown‍ all gave their pledges during October.

Do not fall for the illusion, though. It is a trap.
