QB Max Johnson: The LSU transfer hasn’t had a statistical outburst yet, but he has been efficient and avoided mistakes in his two victories as A&M’s starter. In the 23-21 victory over Arkansas last week, Johnson completed 11-of-21 passes for 151 yards and a touchdown. He also rushed for 39 yards. In the previous week’s win over Miami, he threw for 140 yards and a touchdown.
