* Practice was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised. We came out crisp today. The offense really threw the ball well. Defensively it was a struggle, but the offense was making plays, so we're happy to see that.* Emotionally, that part was tough. We met as a team today and we addressed Joey V. We talked about how life is so precious that you have to take advantage of every single opportunity you have.
