Backed into a corner after multiple poor performances, Mississippi State looked like the team many expected coming into the season Saturday night. Dropped passes plagued the Aggies all night, and the Bulldogs moved the ball effectively against the A&M defense.

STARKVILLE, Miss. — The Aggies struggles with Nick Fitzgerald and pratfalls in Starkville continued on Saturday night as No. 16 Texas A&M fell to Mississippi State 28-13 on Saturday night at Davis Wade Stadium.

Plagued by recurring red zone misfires and third down defensive collapses the Aggies suffered their third consecutive loss in Starkville.

This one was just as frustrating as the others as A&M gave up two touchdowns when Mississippi State had third-and-long.
