• This was a tough one to grade because the A&M defense looked so bad in the early going yet showed a great deal of fortitude and physical and mental toughness by stiffening in the red zone early, settling in and actually playing pretty well after such a shaky start. The Ags were gashed for huge chunks of yardage on the ground in the first quarter but played well enough to allow the Tide just 13 first half points.
