Since his commitment to Texas A&M, 2016 Brother Martin (New Orleans, La.) tight end Irvin Smith's stock has only continued to rise. Despite that and game visits planned, his focus remains on Aggieland and the Aggies' plans.

Football Recruiting: 2016 Brother Martin (La.) TE Irvin Smith

The 2016 A&M tight end commit continues to see his stock rise as college programs around the country maintain their pursuit. Some Aggie fans got nervous after hearing Smith, who does hold an LSU offer, was in attendance for the Tigers' home opener.

The New Orleans product quickly put to bed any rumors of him possibly looking around in a recent conversation with TexAgs.

"I went to the LSU game, but it was really just to go down there with all my friends," Smith said. "A bunch of us went like Kristian (Fulton), my teammates, and some other guys that don't even play football. It got canceled at the beginning of the game, so we went for nothing. It was just supposed to be a fun trip.
