On how tough it is to manage all the running back talent…
“It’s not tough at all. Those guys are really competitive, but it’s a friendly competition. It’s a room of brotherly love. They compete with each other. They push each other to get better and that makes my job a lot easier.”
 
On any surprises or pleasant developments…
“No real surprises. There are some things that guys needed to work on individually to get better. The one guy we needed to get up to speed was James White.
